1. The service

Stelyx is a desktop study workspace offering organization, flashcard review, notes, and related study tools. Certain features may require an account, network access or a paid subscription.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the materials you upload, import or create, including ensuring that you have the rights needed to use them. You retain your rights in original content, subject to any third-party rights.

3. Responsible use

Do not use Stelyx to infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorized access to services, distribute harmful code, or violate applicable law.

4. Optional connected services

Google Drive backups require a Google account and your permission. Third-party services have their own rules and availability conditions. Stelyx may not be able to restore information if backup permissions are removed or backup files are unavailable.

5. AI-assisted content

AI-generated study materials can be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked against reliable sources, especially for medical, legal or safety-critical subjects. AI features should be used as study assistance rather than as a substitute for professional judgment.

6. Payments

If paid plans become available, prices, billing intervals, taxes, refunds and cancellation terms will be presented in the applicable checkout flow and associated subscription disclosures.

7. Availability and changes

During development and release, features and technical requirements may change. Stelyx may need updates, maintenance or service interruptions.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free study outputs. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
